Pikatroid has the ability to generate and manipulate the mysterious green substance at a sub-atomic level. When invading a planet, his first step is to spray the planet with a thick layer of the substance, letting the substance embed itself into the very atoms of everything in the planet. This allows Pikatroid to teleport anywhere around the planet, manipulate objects in the planet, pass though solid objects, and basically be the second most powerful thing on the planet, surpassed only by God himself.
The Story Behind My Super-Indentity:
Born of a mutated Irken (http://www.invaderzim.tv/empire.html) control brain, Pikatroid is made with a mixture of Pikachu, Metroid, and Irken DNA. He has an amazing mind and a very high IQ. He was captured by the Irkens and made into a pet, but he escaped and fell into a vat of some mysterious green substance. He now travels the multiverse, conquering planet after planet, enslaving and brainwashing natives, and is slowly getting closer to passing the elusive "Fourth Wall" and entering the real world.
